For example, DB82 cocoa powder provides a premium dark chocolate color and yet an excellent flavor. Our years of experience in cocoa have resulted in the optimum cocoa producing process allowing us to balance dark cocoa powders and rich flavor profiles.
Our plants can offer an extensive choice of more than 100 different types: from light yellowish brown to dark red and brown. We have the ideal color to suit your specific application perfectly.
Some Cargill products are only approved for use in certain geographies, end uses, and/or at certain usage levels. It is the customer's responsibility to determine, for a particular geography, that (i) the Cargill product, its use and usage levels, (ii) the customer's product and its use, and (iii) any claims made about the customer's product, all comply with applicable laws and regulations.
