Our ultra-modern Center of Excellence in Deventer, The Netherlands, is the only site in Europe devoted exclusively to the development and production of coatings and fillings. By bringing together a wide variety of different fat systems and building upon the food expertise within Cargill we are able to manufacture specific products that satisfy our customers’ requirements, in both small and large batches. We offer base fillings and fillings with customer-specific taste and color options.
Specialties include: low fat, sugar free, organic and yoghurt fillings.
More than 200 ingredients are on hand to customize fillings – from cocoa, sugar and milk to a range of flavors and fats.
